85053222 A Weathervane. I have seen lots of weathervanes, especially in this form, but I have to say this is one of my favorites. The proportions are just perfect, the surface is just so and frankley, it just looks good. From New England, 19th century, swell body with cast head. 24" long. $5,750.00

85120711 Now these are truly special and, as far as we know, the only ones we've ever seen. Granted, we've seen many knife blade andirons topped with finials, but Fox Heads?! Not seen in the past, perhaps we'll come across a pair in the future, but unlikely. Oh, and it comes with the matching fork. American, late 19th or early 20th century.
